According to TMZ, the wedding between the businessman and Tiger Woods’ former mistress took place at the couple’s residence, with a guest list limited to close friends and family.
Rather than opting for a traditional venue, Uchitel and Donovan turned their own home into the setting, creating a night that emphasized comfort, familiarity, and intention. The decision reflected a broader theme of the evening: this moment was about the people present, not the spectacle.

“We love our home, and it felt more intimate to host it there,” Uchitel told PEOPLE. “We just completed a major renovation, and this was the first time we’re hosting since it was finished – it truly came down to the final days before everything was ready.”
The decor balanced elegance with personality, leaning into warmth rather than excess.
“There were subtle nods to that glamorous history throughout the décor,” Uchitel added. “We very much leaned into the elegance and excitement of New Year’s Eve. We wanted the night to feel warm, celebratory and full of energy – not overly formal.”
