This is what Aaron Judge said after losing the American League East Division with the Toronto Blue Jays on the final day of the 2025 MLB regular season.

The Bronx Bombers’ Judge is one of the leading candidates to repeat and win the MVP (Most Valuable Player) award in the young circuit.

The New York Yankees finished the 2025 Major League Baseball season with eight straight wins and could have won the division title if the Toronto Blue Jays lost to the Tampa Bay Rays, whom they beat 13-4.

Aaron Judge hit 53 home runs, posted a 1.144 OPS and won his first American League batting title. According to Baseball Savant, he is in the 100th percentile in terms of Run Value.

“It’s pretty amazing to see him finish the way he did,” New York Yankees manager Aaron Boone told the New York Post. “After being on the injured list, having some problems – by his standards – during the first few weeks when he came back. He really helped us stay strong in this final stretch of the last month. I’m excited for him.”
