As the 2024 season approaches, the uncertainty surrounding Aaron Judge’s fitness seems to have completely dissipated. The New York Yankees captain has sent a silent but powerful message through his performance on the field, demonstrating that he is ready to resume his full defensive duties.

While both the press and fans had doubts about Judge’s real condition, the recent video that was released on social networks silenced the critics and activated the hope that the Yankees’ star can return to his best level

Aaron Judge clears up doubts about his condition

During the closing stages of the 2025 campaign, Judge was limited to the role of designated hitter due to a right elbow flexor strain that he originally suffered in late July. However, the 33-year-old has once again shown the power of his arm in a recent video where he is seen making brilliant throws from right field.

This progress suggests that the three-time American League MVP is on track to take his usual position on the field from the first day of the new season.

the Yankees are expected to be the strongest contenders in the American League East under his leadership.

Aaron Judge’s numbers

  • Batting average: .331 (League leader).
  • Home runs: 53.
  • Runs batted in: 114.
  • Total hits: 179.
  • Additional leadership: He also led the league in OBP (.457), slugging (.688) and OPS (1.144).
