Since the middle of last season, when Daniel Jones was sidelined for the Giants, it’s been clear the team would be looking for a new quarterback, and Shedeur Sanders has always been part of that conversation. He’s even been spotted at some events alongside Malik Nabers, the team’s star receiver.

Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston are under contract with the Giants

Earlier this year, the rumors were strong, but they quickly faded after the Giants signed Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston as their new quarterbacks for the upcoming season. That move appeared to shut the door on Shedeur’s chances of landing in the Big Apple.
