Since Lionel Messi landed at the South Florida club, he has not only changed the history of soccer in the United States, but also ignited a wave of inspiration that has spread beyond the soccer fields. Adidas, aware of the Argentine star’s influence, began to launch collections of boots and clothing that showed the spirit of his new club, printing in the designs the energy and vibe that exists in Miami.

Each launch has been more than just a product, it is a tribute to the city that has now embraced the Qatar 2022 World Cup champion and with the 2026 World Cup just around the corner. Messi and the German brand have joined forces once again to present a new special edition. An edition that not only dresses the players but also tells a story with a fresh and striking design.

The world champion presents the new F50 Messi ‘Luminous Aurora’

Adidas has created a collection of products with colors inspired by Miami and its surroundings. First came the X Crazyfast “Welcome to Miami” in October 2023. Then the F50 “La Vida Tropical” in 2025, celebrating the Argentine star’s evolution in MLS where Messi achieved the coveted 2025-26 league championship.

Now, with the ‘Aurora’ collection, the Argentine star and Adidas are once again breaking the collectibles and sporting goods market.

The F50 Messi ‘Luminous Aurora’ collection will be inspired by the characteristic pastel pinks, aquamarines and vibrant tropical tones of Miami. The boots, accompanied by these shades and the classic lines of the F50 model, have been well received by fans of the former Barcelona player and captain of the Argentine national team

With the launch of the products, Messi uploaded a series of photos to social media where he can be seen wearing the new products. In another image, the Argentina No. 10 is accompanied by his children and wife, all wearing products from the new collection from the German brand.

Thanks to Messi, Inter Miami becomes the most valuable club in MLS

Since his arrival at Inter Miami, the club’s revenue has quadrupled since the 2023 season, rising from $56 million in 2022 to approximately $200 million in the 2025-26 season. This boost generated by Messi has taken the South Florida club to the top of Major League Soccer team valuations according to a study by Forbes.

Inter Miami is currently worth $1.35 billion, making it the most valuable franchise in MLS, surpassing LAFC for the first time, which held the top spot for the last three years.
