On June 13, in Hollywood, Florida, the pop superstar made an unannounced, hours-long visit to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. The visit quickly made its way online through candid hospital-shared videos and photos. And it struck a chord, not just with fans but with people who’ve lived and breathed the sports world-like Erin Andrews.
Andrews, who has spent decades covering the NFL, broke down in tears after watching clips of Swift’s visit. She opened up on her Calm Down podcast, co-hosted with Charissa Thompson, saying, “I was bawling.
