Since they began their romance in 2023 and throughout the days, months, and years, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and singer Taylor Swift have been the talk of the town.
Both have revealed intimate details about their relationship, such as anecdotes about their time together and even how the NFL star proposed. Now, the 14-time Grammy winner has revealed how she has saved her future husband’s phone number.
Swift revealed a big detail, but fans want to know more
Unlike some couples who decide to save each other’s phone numbers with nicknames or in a special way, Taylor and Travis seem to be more old school.
In the artist’s new docuseries “End of an Era,” which offers an intimate look at Swift’s life and premiered on December 12 on Disney+, one detail caught the attention of fans.
In a heartwarming clip where “Taytay” talks on speakerphone with the Chiefs TE while on her way to her tour in London, the artist’s cell phone screen can be seen, with the caller ID on it. And the image revealed the special way Taylor saved her fiancé’s number: “Travis” and three flaming heart emojis.
“I love you so much, babe,” Kelce said on the call. “Thanks for making my life better.”
“I love you so much,” Swift replied, adding jokingly, “I know, some people get a vitamin drip, I get this conversation.”
However, fans went further: they got into a debate about his contact photo. “It looks like a pic of both of them,” one of them guessed. “It looks like he is taking the selfie and Tay is leaning on his shoulder,” commented another. “Why does it look like a baby photo of him or two people to me lol,” wrote a third follower. However, they were unable to figure it out.
Meanwhile, one of the couple is not having a good time. Kansas City and Kelce couldn’t have had a worse end to the season: they lost to the Los Angeles Chargers, were eliminated from the playoffs, and their starting quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, tore his ACL and will be out for the rest of the season (and a considerable recovery period).
This has reignited rumors of his retirement, which had gained momentum after the Super Bowl defeat in February and his engagement to Swift in August. However, Taylor had already clarified in October that it is her fiancé’s decision.
