With the Super Bowl fast approaching, there is a lot of jostling from the rich and influential to ensure that they get the best seats and get the most attention.

The trend this year appears to be wanting a view of Taylor Swift and Donald Trump.

NFL fans are descending on New Orleans to see the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Philadelphia Eagles at Caesars Superdome, with the Chiefs chasing a historic and unprecedented third consecutive Super Bowl.

Tickets for this event can be hot property, especially if you are not content with a basic seat. PEOPLE spoke to the President and CEO of luxury hospitality company Entertainment Access, Mike Zandman, about what the most in-demand seats have been this year.

As it turns out, Swift and Trump are more interesting than the action on the field right now.

The golden ticket

“Everybody is hoping to see Taylor Swift or President Trump. Those are the two,” Zandman tells PEOPLE, adding that he truly doesn’t know where the high-profile guests will be sitting when his clients ask him – because no one does.

“I tell them, ‘You’re not the first person to ask me this, but this is something they keep under wraps,'” Zandman says of the security measures taken by the biggest VIPs.

“There’s no way we’re going to find out what suite either of them are in until the game kicks off.”

Zandman actually sold a suite to a client for last year’s Super Bowl that happened to be right underneath Swift’s suite.

“I didn’t know at the time that she was going to be there,” Zandman remembers of the 2024 Super Bowl in Las Vegas. “So whoever sat there just ended up getting lucky. She was literally right above them.”
