Sydney Thomas, the 21-year-old viral sensation who stole the spotlight as a ring girl during the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson fight, has finally unveiled her highly anticipated beauty routine.
Since her show-stopping appearance in a striking red-and-black outfit, fans have been clamoring to learn how she maintains her radiant, camera-ready glow.
With a new contract under the prestigious Creative Artists Agency (CAA) sports division, Thomas is quickly becoming a household name. Recently, she took to TikTok to give her followers a behind-the-scenes look at her step-by-step routine for achieving the perfect look before hitting the boxing ring.
The tan process
One of the cornerstones of Thomas‘ routine is achieving a flawless, sun-kissed glow. As a naturally pale-skinned individual, she relies on self-tanners to give her skin a bronzed finish.
“One of my biggest things is to look tan on camera,” she explained while wearing a glittery blue bra with mesh detailing, paired with matching shorts.
To achieve this, Thomas uses a two-step tanning process. First, she preps her skin by showering and exfoliating. Then, she applies Tanologist Body Tanning Drops mixed with lotion before sleeping in it overnight. This base layer develops while she rests.
The next morning, she takes it a step further by applying Tanologist Express Tan mousse to add an extra layer of bronze. She lets it develop throughout the day leading up to fight night.
Her finishing touch is a body glow mist that leaves her skin looking luminous under the bright arena lights. She spritzes it on her arms, stomach, and any other areas of exposed skin for a shimmering, radiant glow.
“We bring this stuff with us to the fights, and reapply as the fight goes on, so we’re always glowing,” Thomas revealed.
Thomas doesn’t just focus on her body glow – she’s meticulous about her facial appearance as well. One of her biggest priorities is maintaining a bright, white smile.
“One of the biggest things that stands out on camera is your teeth, so having white teeth is a huge thing,” she explained. “The only product I use for whitening my teeth, other than brushing my teeth, is Crest 3D Whitestrips, and these things work like magic.”
