The Chase Center hosted a night where nerves and tension were present. Golden State Warriors defeated Houston Rockets 104-93 and tipped the scales in their favor in the NBA Playoffs, leaving the series 2-1.

Although the game was evenly matched, reaching the 4th quarter 74-74, the Warriors stood their ground and took the victory, despite the absence of Jimmy Bulter.

The night ended on a high note, not only for the team, but also for Golden State’s star. Stephen Curry shined with 36 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists. With these numbers, Steph climbed to tenth place in the historical list of top scorers in the NBA Playoffs.

This was announced by the official Instagram account of Golden State Warriors. “Another night, another milestone,” they wrote in their publication, “Stephen Curry has climbed to 10th place on the all-time #NBAPlayoffs scoring list.”

Undoubtedly, this mark comes at an ideal time and silences critics, as several fans complained about his performance and mentioned that his 37 years are starting to show.

Jimmy Bulter, the biggest absence for the Warriors

Due to his blow during the previous game against the Rockets that caused a contusion in his pelvis and a deep injury in his gluteus muscle, Jimmy could not participate in this victory and it is still unknown if he will participate in the fourth game.

The forward has averaged 17.5 points, 5.4 assists and 5.4 rebounds per game in his rookie year with Golden State, and his chemistry with Steph is undeniable.

In fact, with Curry averaging 24.5 points, 6 assists and 4.4 rebounds per game, they led the team together and ranked seventh in the Western Conference with 48 wins.
