Browns HC Kevin Stefanski has made it clear through his decisions that Shedeur Sanders needs to do everything it takes to earn snaps with Cleveland in the NFL.

Sanders’ improvement within the Browns organization has been significant. He started the preseason as Cleveland’s fourth-string QB, and now he has moved up to QB2.

The same could be said about Dillon Gabriel. He went from third-string quarterback to becoming the leader of the offense and the starting signal-caller.

Shedeur Sanders is not giving up

Stefanski put all rumors to rest about not liking Shedeur during his latest press conference, praising the young quarterback’s work behind the scenes.

“He’s doing a really nice job, including just now coming off the field with the red zone drill that we did, so he continues to work very hard, doing a nice job in meetings, doing a good job,” Stefanski said.

“Because you have so many rookies, you have two rookie quarterbacks, you’re trying to maximize every minute you have out there. We’ve done individual periods on Mondays and Saturdays, which we haven’t done before, for players who didn’t play in the game,” he said.
