The story of most drafts in the NFL are written by the quarterbacks. The most important position on the field is also the most important to get right for franchises. Hitting on a QB in the draft will set you up for long-term success, while missing on one can set you back for years.
Given that this year’s draft class at the quarterback position is not considered great, it has given Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders a major opportunity to be drafted extremely high. Both quarterbacks have their pros and cons, so they have had to make good impressions during the pre-draft process. While they try to do so, they have also pushed their own rivalry to the limit recently.
Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders keep pushing each other to greatness

Ward appeared to be the instigator, talking trash and showcasing the bravado that made him a star in college. Sanders tells him “I hate getting to that place mentally“, which shows his more calm-minded demeanor. But Sanders didn’t back down, and reached into his tank filled with confidence.
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen the two running drills together and pushing one another. Some might see it as animosity between the two, but in reality, they are just trying to get the very best out of one another. Whoever gets drafted second, behind the other, will enter the NFL with a massive chip on their shoulder it seems.
