A candid post by Kara Bieber, Shane Bieber‘s wife, reflected on a warning she heard in her early 20s about the risks of dating an athlete.

On that post, Nathalie Guerrero, wife of Vladimir Guerrero Jr., chimed in with a supportive reaction, setting off a wave of attention from fans intrigued by the friendly exchange.
Nathalie has walked a nearly identical timeline with her own partner, reacted with an emoji. Shane chimed in with raised-hand emojis of his own.
Nathalie isn’t a new face in the spotlight. She has long been photographed supporting Vladimir at home games, often posting heartfelt messages after his big performances.
Nathalie was born in 1998, grew up in Canada, and married Vladimir on March 11, 2023. The couple have two daughters.
Kara, on the other hand, stepped into the Blue Jays spotlight more recently. Shane Bieber was traded to the team in August 2025, making Kara a fresh face in the Blue Jays “family.”
But she didn’t hold back on showing support: through game-day outfit posts, candid family moments, and socialmedia tributes, she signaled that she and the Bieber family were embracing Toronto as their new home.
Shane Bieber and his wife, Kara, first crossed paths through mutual friends at UC Santa Barbara, tied the knot in 2023, and welcomed their son, Kav, in March of this year.
“Yes! After 36 hours of laboring at home [had back labor],” Bieber wrote at the time.
“I delivered him at the hospital as planned – but everything in between was beautifully brutal. It’s the most mysterious and powerful experience a woman can go through. You can have a plan, but ultimately your body and baby will choose their own way.”
A shared rhythm with the Guerrero family
Nathalie and Guerrero Jr. married in March 2023, but their relationship goes back to 2018, when they first met online.
Her story and Kara‘s run almost in parallel, and the two couples have grown closer since Bieber was traded from the Cleveland Guardians to the Toronto Blue Jays in August.
That move brought their worlds together at the exact moment Toronto pushed deep into the postseason. Bieber and Guerrero helped lead the team to a dramatic World Series run that reached all the way to Game 7, only to slip away before they could secure the championship.
