Despite falling short in a dramatic playoff against Bernhard and Jason Langer, the 15-year-old’s skill and composure left fans and fellow athletes in awe, including Alexis Ohanian, co-founder of Reddit and co-owner of Los Angeles Golf Club (LAGC).

He also tweeted Fore Play’s video of the shot, adding, “Feels good. Add Charlie‘s hole in one… LFG.”
Charlie himself reflected on the moment with confidence and satisfaction.
“It was awesome,” Charlie noted. “No one made a mistake today, so that was some of the most fun I’ve ever had. On top of that, I made an ace. I don’t think I can top that.”
