Saquon Barkley and his girlfriend, Anna Congdon, shared touching family moments following the Eagles‘ dominant 55-23 win over the Commanders in the NFC Championship. The victory secured the Eagles a spot in the Super Bowl, and the couple took to social media to commemorate the occasion with heartfelt photos.
Congdon posted a series of pictures on Instagram, showing Barkley, their daughter Jada, and son Saquon Jr. immersed in the confetti celebration at Lincoln Financial Field. She captioned the photos, “If I could wrap my arms around this memory, I would…” expressing the love and joy they felt in the moment.

Barkley’s stellar performance in the NFC Championship
Barkley, 27, had an outstanding performance during the NFC Championship game, rushing for three touchdowns, including a remarkable 60-yard run on the Eagles‘ first play. His effort was pivotal in their success, following a stellar 205-yard, two-touchdown performance in the divisional round against the Rams.
“The most special thing about it was being out there with my family,” Barkley said after the game, emphasizing the importance of sharing such moments with loved ones.
A relationship that began in college and has grown
Barkley and Congdon’s relationship dates back to their college days at Penn State, and they have grown their family since then. Their daughter, Jada, was born in April 2018, the same month Barkley was drafted by the New York Giants. Their son, Saquon Jr., was born in 2022.
A season to remember and the road to the Super Bowl
This season has been one for the books for Barkley. After leaving the Giants for the Eagles in a $37.75 million deal, he became one of the league’s most dynamic running backs, rushing for over 2,000 yards and earning MVP consideration. With 2,005 yards in the regular season, he fell just short of breaking Eric Dickerson’s record of 2,105 yards.
Now, Barkley has his sights set on the Super Bowl. The Eagles will face the Kansas City Chiefs in a rematch of last year’s Super Bowl, which the Chiefs won 38-35. Barkley is determined to make this year’s game a different story.
“The goal wasn’t just getting there, the goal is to win,” Barkley said, eager for a chance at Super Bowl glory. “We’re going to celebrate and enjoy this, then get right back to work.”
