Rick Carlisle has made a name for himself in the NBA, first as a player and then as a coach. During his basketball career with the Boston Celtics he was champion in 1986. While as a coach he led the Dallas Mavericks to their only championship in their history so far in 2011.
Currently, Rick Carlisle is in his second stint as coach of the Indiana Pacers, who he is also looking to lead to their first NBA title.

She studied at George Town School of Medicine and completed her residency at St. Christopher’s Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia from 1992 to 1995, specializing in pediatrics. Donna has been in the health care industry for nearly 30 years.
Rick Carlisle found in Donna Nobile a strong partner whom he made his wife almost 25 years ago, as they married on September 16, 2000, when Rick was finishing his first stint with the Indiana Pacers.
Rick Carlisle and Donna Nobile have a daughter named Abby Carlisle, who was born on May 7, 2004, is currently studying Art History at the University of Virginia, where her father also studied, and is expected to graduate in May 2027.
