Hello everyone and welcome to another MARCA in English live blog, this time taking you through Game 3 of the NBA Finals between the Indiana Pacers and Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Thunder travel back to Indianapolis for a pivotal Game 3 against the Pacers, hoping to kick on from where they left off in Game 2 after sealing the contest 123-107 earlier this week. That game tied the score at 1-1 heading into the third instalment of the NBA Finals, meaning both sides will be going all out to gain the advantage.
The Thunder looked full of confidence last time out, largely due to the record-breaking heroics from Shia Gilgeous-Alexander, who scored 72 points across his first two NBA Finals matches – a new record that bettered Michael Jordan’s points total.
Gilgeous-Alexander starred with 34 points, eight assists, five rebounds, and four steals, showcasing his MVP form. Supporting him, Alex Caruso and Aaron Wiggins scored 20 and 18 points off the bench, while Jalen Williams and Chet Holmgren added 19 and 15, respectively.
The Thunder carried a decisive 19-2 secondquarter run through to the finish behind stifling defense, holding the Pacers to under 41 points in the first half and limiting Tyrese Haliburton to 17 points.
But Haliburton and Co will be out for revenge and with the home advantage, it could be time for Pascal Siakam to replicate the incredible form he showed in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Injury report
The Pacers were given a scare when Tyrese Haliburton was spotted limping following Game 2s loss in Oklahoma City, but Rick Carlisle and Haliburton each addressed the situation at Tuesday’s practice.
“At this time of year, I don’t know if anybody’s feeling perfect, [Media Member]. How do you feel? You feel all right? [Tyrese Haliburton] practiced. He went through everything. I know he has some discomfort. He feels it. But each day it’s getting better. I don’t think you’re going to hear him making a big deal out of it,” Carlisle said.
“This is the time of year where it just doesn’t get any better than this. The atmosphere, the interest, the opportunity, coming back and being at home, I mean, there’s just so much to be excited about. We’ve got a couple guys that are slightly under the weather; I don’t think anything is going to keep these guys from playing in the game.”
Carlisle also noted that youngster Jarace Walker is still some distance away from suiting up for his NBA Finals debut and he remains sidelined.
The Thunder have been lucky with a bill of clean health in the NBA postseason to date. Oklahoma City only has Nikola Topic as unavailable for the Game 3 encounter.
