NFL insider assures several teams are interested in Odell Beckham Jr., OBJ confirms

Odell Beckham Jr., the electrifying former Giants standout, has forcefully rejected false retirement claims circulating social media. At 32, the three-time Pro Bowler remains determined to continue his NFL journey, with multiple teams reportedly showing interest in signing him for the 2025 season.

Beckham crushes retirement rumors

On August 12, 2025, a parody account impersonating insider Adam Schefter spread a viral post claiming that Beckham Jr. was retiring after ten NFL seasons. Beckham responded swiftly and bluntly:

LOL WTF…when was that announced and by who?…this Shxt ain’t over yet

He doubled down with more posts, urging fans to stop forwarding retirement wishes or risk being blocked, and pledging that he will announce his retirement when the time is truly right.

Eyes on the prize: the 2025 season

Despite limited action in 2024, nine games with the Miami Dolphins, just ninte cathces for 55 yards, and no touchdowns, Beckham is laser-focused on making a comeback. NFL insider Tom Pelissero has confirmed that Beckham has attracted interest from “several teams” and is actively training for a return.

While team names haven’t been officially disclosed, analysts speculate that squads like the Giants, Raiders, and Bills could benefit from his veteran presence and playmaking upside.
