Wide receiver Isaiah Bond, a prospect for this month’s NFL Draft, turned himself in to police in Frisco, Texas, on Thursday in response to an arrest warrant for sexual assault.

Bond paid the bail and was released. He posted a statement on Instagram denying that he had committed the act.

Isaiah Bond is fully cooperating with the police.

“In terms of the accusation against me, I would appreciate the time and opportunity to defend myself and demonstrate that the accusations are manifestly false,” Bond wrote. “I am fully cooperating with the authorities and will continue to actively participate in the investigation.”

“Unfortunately, accusations like these are detrimental to everyone involved if a full review is not conducted. I ask that you reserve judgment until the authorities present a full report based on truth and evidence. Humbly, Isaiah Bond.”

Details of the charges against Bond were not yet known

Bond transferred to Texas in 2024 after spending two seasons at Alabama. He had 34 receptions for 540 yards and five touchdowns, as well as four carries for 98 yards and a rushing touchdown in 14 games last season.

Bond had 99 receptions for 1,428 yards and 10 touchdowns in his three-year college career. Several outlets project him as a second- or third-round draft pick.
