When and where to watch the 2025 MLB Draft?
- Day 1 (Rounds 13 and bonus/compensatory): Sunday, November 13, from 6 p.m. ET.
- Day 2 (Rounds 3-10): Monday, July 14, 11:30 a.m. ET on MLB.com
The hectic pace of opening night will feature a selection of the first 105 picks, including rounds 1-3, compensatory and competitive balance.
- ESPN and MLB Network will broadcast live from 6 p.m. ET.
- MLB.com will also offer streaming and analysis of the first 43 picks
Rounds 4-20 will be broadcast exclusively via MLB.com from 11:30 a.m. ET on Monday, July 14.
Order and format of the 2025 MLB Draft
- The MLB Draft lottery awarded the first pick to the Washington Nationals, followed by the Angels, Mariners, Rockies and Cardinals. There will be a total of 615 selections over 20 rounds.
- The lottery has been used since 2023 for the first six selections, including teams with the worst record; after the sixth, the order is based on season performance.
