Micah Parsons and the Dallas Cowboys have nothing left to play for but pride when they take on the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 17 action.
It seems that’s all the motivation the defensive star needs though, as he is hoping to play spoiler given the Eagles still have seeding on the line when it comes to the NFC playoffs.
That’s why Parsons is hoping to deliver a huge win for America’s Team when they travel to Lincoln Financial Field.

“That probably makes the year, that sets everything off,” Parsons said when it comes to beating the Eagles.
“Us getting that win, away game in Philly, knowing they trying to get the No. 1 seed, can set them back a little bit. They’re fighting for everything, they fighting for where they want to be in playoffs, and we just fighting to whoop them.
“So, they got more to lose than we do, so that’ll be a great feeling right there.”
Dallas’ task got harder with latest injury news
While Parsons is hoping to come out on top in the NFC East battle, the Cowboys will have to do so without CeeDee Lamb.
The star wide receiver will sit out the remainder of the season as the Cowboys have shut down Lamb due to an AC joint injury. With nothing left to play for, Dallas have opted to let their star men heal up.
As a result any Cowboys success on Sunday will likely come down to the defense, which has been much improved in recent weeks.
Mike Zimmer’s unit have played a big part in the Cowboys late-season success, and time will tell what tricks he has up his sleeves to try and stop Saquon Barkley and a vaunted Eagles run attack.
