Messi received a punch on the back after unhinging his rival showing his experience

Messi’s career is known for his amazing goals and incredible skills. Since he joined Inter Miami, things have changed a bit. It’s become more about shows and business, but he hasn’t forgotten what’s important: the game itself. He still plays with that special magic, even with all the extra attention. It’s like he’s found a way to balance the entertainment part with the pure joy of playing football.

After Danley Jean Jacques, Philadelphia Union player, tried to get physical with him, Messi showed him he knows how to handle himself after playing in the best leagues in the world. Messi basically told him, without saying it, that he was going to play his way, and that meant playing physically too. He wasn’t going to back down.

It’s rare to see Messi show that kind of aggressive side. Usually, he’s more about skill than fighting. But I remember when he really let his spirit show, and it wasn’t just one game, it was the whole 2022 World Cup in Qatar. He played with so much passion and fire, it was like he was a different player. You could see how much he wanted to win.

The MLS has been a pretty relaxed place for Messi. He doesn’t play in every game, and Inter Miami gets invited to play in all sorts of tournaments like CONCACAF and FIFA events. He even missed some games at the start of the season. It seems like he’s enjoying a less intense schedule, which is understandable after his long and demanding career.  

Those games against Mexico and the Netherlands in the World Cup really showed a different side of Messi. He played with so much passion, even when it didn’t seem like there was a logical reason for it. Both games were basically do-or-die for Argentina, and you could feel his intensity. And of course, the final against France was incredible. He played at such a high level, and he showed a real fearlessness. He was determined to win, and you could see it in every move he made.
