Mbappe goes on the attack against PSG

Kylian Mbappe’s lawyers announced on Thursday that the Real Madrid striker has decided to “go on the attack” in the dispute with his former club, Paris Saint-Germain, over the salary dispute between them.

To this end, he has decided to hire a team of three lawyers specializing in criminal, labor and contentious cases to achieve the payment of the 55 million euros that he believes PSG owes him in unpaid salaries and bonuses.

PSG, when assuming the striker’s decision to leave, began to not pay some amounts to the player from his salary until reaching 55 million based on the word that the striker gave to the entity to forgive that amount so as not to leave a hole in the club’s coffers, according to PSG

The case, however, is still in dispute and is likely to drag on because at the Parc des Princes they will exhaust all legal avenues.

Less money at Real Madrid

The contract Mbappe has signed with Madrid is nowhere near what PSG offered him, although he is by far the highest paid player in the squad thanks to a transfer bonus which, according to L’Equipe, is 100 million euros, plus 32 million euros in salary and another bonus for image rights that no other player enjoys

At the club, they usually share the income 50/50 with the player, but one of the demands according to the French newspaper by the player’s mother, Fayza Lamari, was to get more money from this concept, which is divided into 80% for the striker and 20% for the club.
