At this point, it’s pretty clear that Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert and singer Madison Beer are dating.
With a date dedicated to love like Valentine’s Day, the artist made clear a single condition that, in time, we will see if the QB understood or will have to take note for next year: ask her to be his Valentine.
Madison Beer reveals her “weakness” and her conditions
The pop singer revealed her non-negotiable Valentine’s Day rules and made it clear what she wanted to celebrate love this February 14. In a video shared by @whowhatwear, where Madison will be the February cover star of the page, Beer said:
“I believe you have to ask me to be your Valentine, even if we’re already in a relationship, like, don’t assume anything,” Beer said. “Obviously, the classic flowers and a handwritten card are my weakness, my love language. Anything we do is fine. Go on a date, go to the beach, whatever. But you gotta ask me.”
The 26-year-old singer and NFL star sparked rumors of their relationship in August last year after being photographed together, hand in hand and smiling, walking around Los Angeles. They were also seen enjoying other sporting events, such as a Lakers game and Game 3 of the MLB World Series between the Dodgers and the Blue Jays.
Despite being seen publicly on their multiple romantic dates, they had been reserved about their romance, something that changed on October 5 at a Chargers game where they were seen kissing before Herbert and company faced the Commanders. Their most recent appearance was at Clive Davis’ Grammy pre-party, where they arrived together and made no secret of their love.
Now that Valentine’s Day has passed, the real question is whether the quarterback understood the task at hand in his rookie year as well as his partner did, but if he didn’t, he’ll have a chance to try again in the coming years.
Meanwhile, Herbert closed out his sixth season in the NFL with a passer rating of 94.1 with 3,727 yards, 26 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions in 16 games.
Following the Los Angeles Chargers’ elimination from the NFL playoffs in the AFC wild card round at the hands of the New England Patriots by 16-3, Justin is already resting but thinking about next season, since he has managed to lead LA Chargers to the playoffs on three occasions (including last year) but his 0-3 record in postseason games is something he will definitely want to change.
