Indiana Fever player Lexie Hull makes the most of every moment off the court to focus, rest, and organize her day, ensuring she arrives ready for every practice and game. Every decision, no matter how small, is part of her preparation and performance.

This was evident in a video shared on TikTok, where she is seen at home wearing a facial mask while balancing TV time with personal projects. The scene, natural and unposed, shows how Hull turns every pause into a moment of recovery and mental focus before returning to the intensity of the WNBA.

A mindful approach to the preseason

During the offseason leading up to 2026, Lexie has continued to care for her body and mind. In this context, she chose to shed light on aspects that are rarely discussed in women’s sports, such as her menstrual cycle.

By sharing this, she made it clear that comprehensive care isn’t just about training and strategic rest. It also involves managing her cycle to stay on top of her game during matches.

She even dealt with injuries, including a back issue, but stayed on the court thanks to discipline and strategically timed rest that allowed her to maintain her performance and energy.
