Los Angeles Dodgers fans are seemingly on the same page when it comes to Kim Kardashianbecoming a big supporter of the team.
The 44-year-old recently showed her love for her hometown Dodgers by posting a picture of her custom Shohei Ohtani jersey on Instagram.
It came as the Dodgers opened up their MLB season in the MLB Tokyo Series against the Chicago Cubs. Kim’s post caught the attention of MLB’s official X page, as they reposted her Instagram story in which she talked Fanatics, Complete and Akashi Murakami, who designed the jerseys for both teams.
While the post and repost appeared to be harmless, that didn’t stop Dodgers fans from asking Kim to back off.
Dodgers fans tell Kardashian to stay away
“Get away from my team,” wrote one fan who doesn’t appear to be much of a Kardashian fan, while a second added: “No one cares about this.”
A third wrote: “Bro someone tell her to please stay away far away from dodgers.”
Another added: “Send some to people who actually watch the sport.”
While it’s clear some fans just aren’t big on the Kardashians, some fans are keen to steer the Dodgers away from what many believe is the Kardashian curse.
Back in 2023, Kim took her son Saint to see a Paris Saint-Germain game. With the Ligue 1 giants looking to claim their 36th straight home win, they came up short in a 2-0 defeat to Rennes.
Three days earlier, Kim and her family were in London for an Arsenal game. Once again, the home side lost and were knocked out of the Europa League by Sporting CP.
Nevertheless, so far things have gone to plan for the Dodgers, who swept the two-game series in Japan against the Cubs.
