In a unique homage to his time with the Oklahoma City Thunder, Kevin Durant‘s former townhome in the Deep Deuce neighborhood has been listed for sale at an unconventional price: $35.

This symbolic listing reflects Durant‘s lasting impact on the city and his beloved No. 35 jersey number.

Spanning 3,900 square feet, the townhome offers a blend of luxury and functionality. It features four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and two kitchens, catering to both private living and entertaining needs.

A standout feature is the elevator that ascends from the garage to the penthouse, adding a touch of convenience and exclusivity. Durant himself played a role in designing the home, ensuring it met his high standards and personal taste.

While the listing price is set at $35, it’s understood that the actual market value of the property is around $1 million.

This pricing strategy serves as a tribute to Durant‘s legacy in Oklahoma City, where he played from 2007 to 2016. During his tenure, he led the Thunder to the 2012 NBA Finals and became a beloved figure in the community.

Durant’s continued connection to Oklahoma City

Despite moving on to play for the Golden State Warriors and later the Phoenix Suns, Durant‘s connection to Oklahoma City remains strong.

His decision to list the townhome at such a symbolic price underscores his appreciation for the city and its fans. The gesture has been met with positive reactions from the local community, reflecting the enduring bond between Durant and Oklahoma City.

As Durant’s career progresses, his impact on Oklahoma City endures, both on and off the court. The listing of his former residence serves as a reminder of the time he spent in the city and the lasting impressions he left behind.
