Kay Adams has officially touched down in the Bay Area for Super Bowl week, and she’s already proving that her “fashion game” is just as sharp as her NFL analysis.

The Up & Adams host kicked off the week’s festivities on Tuesday with a bold, minimalist look that immediately went viral on Instagram.

Adams sported a sleek black tank top paired with light blue jeans, but the true focal point was her styling: a high, sweeping ponytail and oversized silver hoop earrings that elevated the casual ensemble into a statement piece.

Sharing the look via an Instagram reel set to Montell Fish’s “You Make Me Feel Loved,” Adams challenged herself to a “don’t laugh for five seconds” challenge, ultimately failing as she laughed while caressing her signature ponytail.

A season of versatile styles for Kay

This California-cool aesthetic is just the latest in a series of standout fashion moments for Adams this postseason. Her style evolution over the last month has spanned the entire spectrum of the NFL experience:

  • The New Year’s Glam: On January 2, she turned heads in a floor-length black velvet gown paired with middle-parted, poker-straight hair.
  • The Frozen Tundra: Just two weeks later on January 18, Adams proved she could prioritize warmth without sacrificing style. She braved minus-13-degree temperatures at Soldier Field for the Rams-Bears Divisional game, bundled in a long leopard-print fur coat and a knit beanie.

Adams and the “Bussin'” pitch

Beyond the red carpet, Adams is actively working the “media row” circuit. Following an announcement from Will Compton that his Bussin’ With The Boys podcast would be hosting an exclusive interview with Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel on Wednesday, Adams wasted no time pitching herself for the episode.

“Hey ding dongs, can you hang on the show tomorrowwwww?” Adams wrote in a quote-tweet to Compton.

The pitch was met with an immediate green light. “We will be there,” Compton replied, accompanied by a handshake emoji, signaling a high-energy collaboration between two of the biggest personalities in football media as the Patriots prepare for their Super Bowl LX clash with the Seahawks.
