Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. will return to the ring to face Jake Paul this weekend, in an unexpected fight but one that represents a generational clash.

This will be a tough test for Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and Jake Paul, as well as having a credibility burden for both of their careers, so a win could put them in the running for a professional title.

Currently, Jake Paul is the one who arrives with the “advantage” as he is the more active of the two compared to Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., who will be accompanied by his brothers this weekend.

Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. has two brothers, Omar Chavez and Christian Chavez. Omar is a professional boxer like his brother and father, while Christian has stayed away from the sports world.

In total, Julio Cesar Chavez had four children, the eldest being Junior, who followed in his father’s footsteps more closely in terms of a career in boxing.

Omar Chavez Carrasco: he was born in 1990 in Culiacan and began his career as a boxer at the age of 16, although he has not had as brilliant a career as expected and came to have a great rivalry with Ramon ‘Inocente’ Alvarez (brother of ‘Canelo’)

Cristian Chavez Carrasco: He was the third of the children of The Legend with his ex-wife. Unlike Jr. and Omar, he preferred to study a career and in 2021 he graduated as a degree in International Business.

Nicole Chavez Escobar: Finally, the only sister that Junior has, although she was the result of the new marriage of Julio Cesar Chavez senior. ‘Nicky‘, as she is usually called, has had some appearances on Mexican television.

When is Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. vs Jake Paul fight?

The fight between Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and Jake Paul will take place on Saturday, June 28 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.

The fight between Chavez Jr and Jake Paul will be broadcast exclusively on pay-per-view on DAZN, at a cost of $15. You can start watching the broadcast from 6:00 pm (central time).
