Josh Allen knows exactly what’s failing the Bills and sends a stern warning to his teammates

Josh Allen isn’t shying away from the problems currently haunting his team. The Buffalo Bills started the season as one of the strongest contenders to reach the Super Bowl. However, over their last two games, the team has faltered, and now their leader and quarterback knows precisely what has knocked them down. Allen is determined that he and his teammates will get back on the path to victory.

Allen didn’t mince words, acknowledging that he recognizes the team’s issues. Coming off their bye week, it seems they’ve taken the necessary measures to turn things around in Buffalo, something the franchise desperately needs.

The Bills’ problems

The Buffalo quarterback was straightforward in pointing out that turnovers have been a major problem in recent weeks. After opening the season with a perfect 4-0 record, the mistakes began piling up, costing them valuable ground in the AFC East standings.

Now, with two weeks to reflect, talk things over, and work with both players and coaching staff to determine how to get back on track, Allen shared his thoughts.

Obviously, we wanna score on every single drive,” Allen told reporters. “It takes everybody on the field to execute their job, and a big part of that is quarterback play. And again, we’ve turned the ball over the last couple of games. So it starts with me. But again, we’re looking forward to getting back on track and having a good week of practice and trusting each other.

And again, just going out there and, and playing football, but having fun. Don’t have to get tight, don’t have to change everything. Obviously, we wanna correct things. We don’t have to do a complete overhaul. We still trust our guys and we still are, are gonna rely on our guys to go out there and make some plays and, that’s ultimately what we gotta do.

Meanwhile, the New England Patriots have shown solid form with four straight victories, climbing past Buffalo to take over first place, a position the Bills are eager to reclaim.

The Bills’ mindset for the rest of the season, according to Josh Allen

Since Allen’s rookie season, the Bills have not lost three consecutive games. As they prepare to face the Carolina Panthers, they’ll look to heal the wounds from their last two defeats.

That’s why Allen emphasized his team’s resilience in facing the challenges ahead.

Maybe not just overlooking some of the smaller things that are going on, within the games and in practice and making sure that we’re staying together and coming together,” Allen told reporters on Wednesday.

Staying together is one thing, but coming together after two losses is a completely different thing and it takes a lot of resilience and it takes a tight unit to do that, so that’s what we’re trying to do.

Now, it seems the Bills are ready to bounce back and prove they still belong among the elite teams capable of contending for the Super Bowl.
