The woman alleges that Jones forcibly kissed her, stuck his tongue in her mouth, and groped her, with several high-profile individuals-including former Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett and multiple Cowboys players-present as witnesses. She is seeking over one million dollars in damages, citing severe emotional distress and psychological suffering.
Jones has avoided trials in the past
While the woman’s legal team has expressed frustration over the repeated delays, Jones has a history of avoiding courtroom battles. Just last year, he reached a settlement in a separate paternity lawsuit, effectively shutting down that case before it could reach trial.
