While the New York Giants continue to reflect on a difficult campaign, Jaxson Dart appeared focused on something far more personal this week.
The young quarterback marked Valentine’s Day by sharing a glimpse of his relationship with girlfriend Marissa Ayers on social media.
Dart posted two photos of the couple to his Instagram story, captioning them simply: “My Valentine,” alongside roses and heart emojis.
The pair reportedly began dating in October and have made several public appearances together since.
Ayers accompanied Dart earlier this month at the NFL Honors ceremony held at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, further signaling their growing presence as a couple in the public eye.
Ayers, a model and social media influencer, has built her own profile beyond her relationship with the quarterback.
She previously worked as a ring girl during the Anthony Joshua-Jake Paul fight streamed on Netflix in December.
A promising rookie season despite team struggles
Off the field, Dart‘s personal life appears steady. On it, his first NFL season delivered flashes of potential even as the Giants endured a disappointing year.
Selected with the No. 25 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, Dart began the season as the third string quarterback behind Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston. However, amid mounting struggles, he was elevated to the starting role ahead of Week 4.
Dart ultimately posted a 4 8 record as a starter, accounting for all of New York’s victories during the season. He threw for 2,272 yards with 15 touchdowns and five interceptions, while also contributing 487 rushing yards and nine scores on 86 carries.
Despite the team’s overall record, the rookie demonstrated growth and resilience.
He is widely expected to remain the Giants‘ starting quarterback heading into the 2026 season, offering hope that brighter days may be ahead both professionally and personally.
