Jalen Hurts is enjoying one of the best stretches of his NFL career, establishing himself as a rising star at quarterback and potentially surpassing legends like Patrick Mahomes. His impact extends beyond team performance, showcasing exceptional talent and leadership. As a result, Hurts has joined an exclusive group of quarterbacks in the NFL.

The Philadelphia Eagles secured an important victory over one of their longtime rivals, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, in their latest matchup. The Eagles outperformed the Florida franchise, led by Baker Mayfield, in a game that also served as redemption after last year’s defeat to the Bucs.

This victory was significant not only for the team’s performance but also for Jalen Hurts personally. The Eagles have now gone 10 official games without a loss (excluding preseason), while Hurts extends his personal streak to 18 consecutive wins, highlighting his growing dominance in the NFL.

Jalen Hurts shone as the Eagles won against the Buccaneers

The Philadelphia Eagles marked their fourth consecutive victory of the season with a hard-fought 31-25 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Raymond James Stadium. As expected, the matchup was tightly contested, with both teams battling fiercely, making the Eagles’ triumph all the more significant.

As expected, Jalen Hurts carried the Eagles’ offense, amassing 192 total yards and throwing two touchdown passes, underlining his crucial impact on the field. His leadership and composure in key moments helped Philadelphia secure the hard-fought 31-25 victory over the Buccaneers.

Hurts acknowledged the significance of the game and shared his thoughts in a post-game press conference. “Another gritty win, coming in and finding a way to win. We know this has been a challenging environment to play in and a really good opponent for us over the years,” he said, reflecting on the meaning of facing the Buccaneers.

He also reflected on his own performance, saying, “I think being able to come and find a win in a very competitive and tough environment against a really good, well-coached team, that’s something you take pride in.”

Jalen Hurts extends winning streak, sets impressive NFL record

Being in the same elite group as Tom Brady is a testament to a successful season and a well-established path in the NFL. Jalen Hurts recognizes this achievement but remains focused on the possibility of surpassing even the legends.

The remarkable aspect of fHurts’ performance is his 18-game winning streak, a feat matched by only two other quarterbacks in NFL history. Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers are the only other players to reach this prestigious milestone, underscoring the elite company Hurts now joins.

Nevertheless, true to his competitive nature, Jalen Hurts is already focused on his next objective: leading the Eagles to a victory over the Denver Broncos next Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field, aiming to extend his winning streak to 19 games and climb even higher on the NFL’s elite list.
