Jake Paul flashes off crazy net worth ahead of Tank Davis clash on November 14

Jake Paul, one of boxing’s most marketable figures, has drawn attention not only for his upcoming exhibition with Gervonta “Tank” Davis but also for the luxury lifestyle he continues to showcase.

The 28-year-old YouTuber-turned-boxer recently unveiled a $5 million watch while hinting at the extraordinary purse he expects to secure from the bout, as he takes on a ranked professional for the first time.

Paul remains among the highest earners in the sport. In 2023, he ranked inside the global top five boxing incomes with $48 million, excluding the staggering $40 million he collected last November in his high-profile contest with Mike Tyson.

Across his professional career, his fight purses are believed to have exceeded $100 million, establishing him as one of the sport’s most commercially successful athletes despite his unconventional rise.

His spending has matched his earnings. Paul resides in a $16 million mansion in Puerto Rico, complemented by a fleet of luxury vehicles, including matching yellow Ferraris. He is also collector of rare and high-value watches, with his latest acquisition standing out.

At a press event with Davis, Paul wore a $5 million Jacob & Co Bugatti watch crafted entirely from sapphire crystal. The timepiece immediately caught attention, both for its rarity and for what it signified about Paul‘s approach to branding.

He later confirmed its price during a live stream with Adin Ross. When asked about the financial stakes of the Davis fight, Ross speculated that the purses for both fighters would fall between $50 million and $100 million.

“You’re closer on the first number,” Paul said. “People are like, $200 million!

“But boxing is not like that anymore. But, still, it’s a lot of money. It’s NFL quarterback money.”

The Paul-Davis contest has generated major interest given the size disparity between the fighters. Davis, a natural lightweight, faces Paul at a catchweight limit of 195 pounds, with both men required to wear 12-ounce gloves.

The exhibition will feature three ringside judges scoring the bout, as confirmed by MVP co-founder Nakisa Bidarian during a New York press conference.

Paul enters the fight after defeating former middleweight world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in June. That victory followed his controversial exhibition against Tyson, who returned to the ring at the age of 58 for a shortened eight-round contest.

The Tyson event represented Paul‘s career-high payday, surpassing the $30 million he earned from his only professional defeat against Tommy Fury in 2023.

The undercard features several world title bouts designed to appeal to fans of elite competition. Alycia Baumgardner (16-1, 7 KOs) will defend her WBO, IBF, and WBA super featherweight titles against Leila Beaudoin (13-1, 2 KOs).

At super lightweight, Gary Antuanne Russell (18-1, 17 KOs) meets Andy Hiraoka (24-0, 19 KOs) for Russell‘s WBA title.

Women’s super bantamweight champion Ellie Scotney (11-0, 0 KOs) also returns, unifying her WBC, IBF, and WBO belts against WBA champion Mayelli Flores (13-1-1, 4 KOs).

Additional action includes Yokasta Valle (33-3, 10 KOs) defending her WBC women’s strawweight title against Yadira Bustillos (11-1, 2 KOs).

Heavy-hitting Avious Griffin (17-1, 16 KOs) will face Cesar Francis (14-2, 9 KOs) in a welterweight clash.
