Despite concerns and for the fight to be canceled altogether, the bout between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul is all set to go ahead on November 15. With the fight less than a month and a half away, both fighters are in camp and training with only one thing in mind: knock out the other boxer.
The main concern for fans, particularly those who love Tyson, is obviously the age gap. Tyson is 58 years old, while Paul is 27. Add that Tyson suffering a health issue was the reason for the fight getting delayed initially, and it’s clear why many don’t want it to go ahead. But everything points to it happening, and it’s getting realer by the minute.
Tyson and Paul look to be in great shape with fight nearing
If it does go ahead, we can expect fireworks. Netflix recently shared some promo pictures of the two fighters, and fans are impressed by the shape they’re in and how intense they look.
Tyson in particular has surprised fans with just how good he’s looked physically and during training. He certainly doesn’t seem to be aging like normal people, and should be able to more than hold his own in the ring.
Despite Paul sporting a fat suit in recent videos, the 27-year-old is in fantastic shape with the fight nearing. He has always done a great job of keeping his body in the right state for athletic activities.
