Is Phillies Karen an expert “thief”? Pittsburgh rock and roll band warns she already stole one of their guitars from another child

The infamous “Phillies Karen” incident went viral for many reasons, most of which are wrong. Aside from stealing Harrison Bader’s home run ball, new reports reveal the perpetrator’s long history of wrongdoings.

Friday night’s game between the Philadelphia Phillies and the Florida Marlins sparked a social media frenzy that has yet to subside. Images of a woman demanding Bader’s home run ball, which a man had catched in the stands to give to his son, sparked outrage among internet users.

Internet sleuths immediately set about finding the woman, with uncertain results so far. However, the Pittsburgh-based rock and roll band Post Traumatik offered a clue that reveals the infamous thief’s dark past.

Phillies Karen’s dark history

In a now-deleted Facebook post, Post Traumatik revealed that this isn’t Phillies Karen’s first rodeo. According to the post, a while back, band member Joe Pribesh wanted to give a signed guitar to a boy in a wheelchair during a show.

“But this Karen, wearing one of our Post Traumatik shirts, snatched the items from the boy’s hands, shouting obscenities,” the post details. “Bassist Anthony Malandro tried to calm things down, but the woman stormed off, trashed our merch table, and left the venue, causing almost $20 in damage.”

The story had a fairly happy ending. After the show, the band reunited with their young fan, “doing things right,” in a way not detailed in the post. Similar events occurred after the baseball game, when the Marlins and Phillies worked together to give the child several gifts that greatly exceeded a home run ball.

Social media is on fire against Phillies Karen

If social media already had a vendetta against this woman, the Post Traumatik revelations made things worse. “I generally agree against cancel culture, but if this is true, she truly is an entitled whack job,” wrote one angry fan. “Seems the Phillies Karen has a habit of bad behavior,” agreed another.

Other users joined the collective outrage with comments like: “Wow. She’s a menace,” “Very punk of her,” or “Wow. If that’s true, she needs to make these things right! Probably by force.” The identity of Phillies Karen is still unknown, but when it is revealed, netizens will likely have a cancellation party.
