While Lionel Messi is focused on the Argentina National Team, Inter Miami is preparing for the inauguration of its new soccer stadium, which recently revealed a special detail for its star player.
But before the big date arrives for what promises to be a true Miami soccer event, aerial images of the venue have been released, showing that it is nearly ready to open.
A look from above at Messi’s new home
Andy Slater from Fox Sports South Florida shared a video showcasing the Nu Stadium from an aerial perspective, highlighting an impressive state-of-the-art venue that now only awaits a full crowd and the presence of the GOAT Lionel Messi on the pitch.
One of the standout features is a dedicated stand named “Leo Messi Stand”, located between sections 117 to 121 in the lower tier and 217 to 223 in the upper tier.
The Nu Stadium opening is scheduled for April 4, when Inter Miami, with Messi’s return, will face Austin FC. The venue has a 26,700 capacity and is part of a major stadium project in Miami that began construction three years ago near the Miami International Airport.
