Hot mic exposes Patrick Mahomes’ shock as Chiefs face Super Bowl disaster

During the latest edition of the Super Bowl, the Kansas City Chiefs found themselves in an unexpected and daunting position, trailing 27-0 at halftime against the Philadelphia Eagles. A hot mic, unbeknownst to the players, would later reveal the raw emotions and resolute determination of Chiefs’ star quarterback Patrick Mahomes and safety Justin Reid.

As the team regrouped in the locker room, Justin Reid, drawing on the storied past of NFL comebacks, invoked the legendary Super Bowl LI, where Tom Brady led the New England Patriots to a historic victory after being down 28-3. Reid’s words were straightforward yet inspiring: “The Patriots did it, coach. We can do this sh*t.”
