On May 31st, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen and Hollywood actress Hailee Steinfeld got married at a private location in California. The venue was not disclosed, and no phones or cameras were allowed, so there are no images of the wedding on social media – everything has been kept secret.

However, one detail from the wedding did leak: “Mr. Brightside” by The Killers was played – a song that became the Buffalo Bills’ battle cry during the fourth quarter throughout last season.

Spencer Brown, Bills player, confirmed The Killers’ anthem was heard

Erick Brown, the Bills’ right tackle, confirmed on the Centered On Buffalo podcast, hosted by former player Eric Wood, that “Mr. Brightside” by The Killers was played at Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld’s wedding.

“I don’t think any videos from that night will come out, but the song played and it was incredible,” Brown said.

Beyond the appearance of The Killers’ song, no further details from Josh Allen’s wedding have been revealed – only that several Bills players attended the event, including tight end Dawson Knox, tackle Dion Dawkins, quarterback Mitch Trubisky, head coach Sean McDermott, and starting right tackle Spencer Brown.

Now married and with a new six-year, $330 million contract, Josh Allen is focused on the upcoming season, which will kick off with a game against the Baltimore Ravens on the first Sunday Night Football of the year – and surely, “Mr. Brightside” will play once again.
