The last six months have been a whirlwind for 20-year-old Baltimore Orioles prospect Jackson Holliday.
Since April, he’s experienced the highs of being called up to the majors, the lows of being sent back down, and the joy of being called up again. Throughout this rollercoaster of a rookie season, one thing has remained constant, his wife Chloe Holliday’s unwavering support.
While Jackson was on a road trip to Minnesota on Saturday night, Chloe enjoyed some downtime, meeting up with George Fuller and Hannah O’Hearn, whose husbands also play for the Orioles. The trio had a girls’ night out at Maximon, a trendy South American restaurant in Baltimore.
Despite the pressures that come with being the spouse of a professional athlete, Chloe has been a steady and supportive figure in Jackson’s life, helping him navigate the challenges of his career.
Chloe and Jackson’s relationship dates back to their days at Stillwater High School in Oklahoma. Jackson, the son of former St. Louis Cardinals star Matt Holliday, was selected by the Orioles in the first round of the 2022 MLB Draft.
Chloe has provided ongoing support for her husband
Their shared Christian faith has been a foundational aspect of their relationship, which culminated in a private wedding ceremony in Florida this past January.
Despite being under 21, Jackson and Chloe have developed a mature and strong partnership as they both grow into adulthood and face the demands of Jackson’s burgeoning baseball career. Their bond has even been recognized by fans, including Orioles supporter Eric Birdland, who congratulated the couple on their wedding.
“Congrats to the top prospect in the sport, his wife & the entire Holliday family… It was a star-studded Saturday,” Birdland declared.
Chloe has been by Jackson’s side since his high school days, cheering him on as he hit home runs in Oklahoma, and now as he makes his mark in Major League Baseball. When Jackson made his MLB debut in April, Chloe proudly shared her excitement on Instagram.
“Couldn’t be more proud of my guy who will be making his debut today,” she posted on Instagram.
