Gervonta Davis is a boxer considered a true predator in the ring. His technique, speed and punching power have made him an imposing figure in professional boxing. With an unblemished record and championships in different divisions, he has a fight against Lamont Roach Jr. coming up.

To date, Gervonta Davis has an unblemished professional record of 30 wins in 30 fights, with an astonishing 28 victories by knockout. This impressive 93.33% effectiveness in his finishes has made him one of the most lethal punchers in contemporary boxing.

Davis is known for his ability to define fights in a forceful manner. His punches are explosive and technically accurate, which has allowed him to score an impressive number of knockouts in his career. Among his most notable KO victories are those against opponents such as Leo Santa Cruz, Rolando Romero, Ryan Garcia and Frank Martin.

Davis has been a world champion in three different divisions; these are his championships:

  • IBF super featherweight champion (2017): He won his first title by dethroning Jose Pedraza by way of technical knockout.
  • WBA super featherweight champion (2018): He added another belt after defeating Jesus Cuellar.
  • WBA lightweight champion (2019 – present): He moved up to lightweight and defeated Yuriorkis Gamboa by TKO to take the title.
  • WBA super lightweight champion (2021): He defeated Mario Barrios in a war that demonstrated his versatility in different categories.
