However, he does not see Tyson Fury ready for a rematch immediately, Cooper points to Oleksandr Usyk as the current leader in boxing, but considers that the three greats of the moment include Fury, Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder
“Tyson Fury probably doesn’t want to fight Francis at this point. They’re already talking about Anthony Joshua and Francis. But, you know, there were three great fighters of this era. The era is ending now with Usyk,” Dewey Cooper told Eric Nicksick, Francis’ head coach.
“At this point, I mean, it wouldn’t make sense for Francis not to fight Deontay Wilder,” he concluded with very forceful intentions

Both fighters have spoken publicly very well of each other with much respect and admiration. Therefore, the negotiations and conditions of a possible boxing fight should not be a challenge for the promoters and staff of both.
“Since I left, I have had many offers from many different countries, even from Francis. I wish him all the best, I can’t imagine what it’s like to lose your son, hopefully I will have the opportunity to talk to him,” Wilder told TMZ in a brief interview.
