FIFA president Gianni Infantino shocked streamer and youtuber IShowSpeed by revealing which soccer legend could be part of the World Cup 2025.

The international tournament suffered a major transformation by featuring a record 32 clubs, bringing together some of the power names of the sport from every continent

A total of 12 venues will be used to host the 63 games that will be played across the United States, with the final to be played at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. Fans will get the opportunity to watch soccer biggest stars, such as Lionel Messi – who plays with Inter Miami of the MLS -, Vinìcius Júnior, who plays for LaLiga’s Real Madrid -, and Bundesliga’s Harry Kane, go at it on the field.

FIFA president shocks IShowSpeed

Gianni Infantino shocked IShowSpeed and millions of soccer followers by revealing a major secret: “there are discussions” over legendary Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo playing at the Club World Cup, even though his team, Al-Nassr of the Saudi Pro, failed to qualify for the international tournament.

Ronaldo, who’s 40 years old, is currently out of contract, so that could open the door for him in one of the clubs that will participate this summer in the United States. Cristiano’s great rival Lionel Messi will be part of the Club World Cup, as he hopes to take Inter Miami to new heights with his legendary style and skills.

FIFA has introduced an additional transfer window from June 1st to June 10th, allowing international clubs to complete deals in time for the tournament. And for sure there’s more than one team that will be willing to add Cristiano in order to be more competitive.

Real Madrid is one of the favorites to win it all

Real Madrid, Europe’s most decorated club, is a well-oiled machine currently under the stewardship of Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti, and the Spanish legendary team is hoping to replicate its domestic and continental success on the global stage when they take part in the FIFA Club World Cup 2025.

Los Blancos will be hot favourites to progress from the group but will take nothing for granted against Egyptian side Al Hilal, Concacaf champions CF Pachuca and fellow European team FC Salzburg. And Spain will have another big representation in the United States with Atlético de Madrid.

While city rivals Real Madrid booked their place by winning the 2021-22 UEFA Champions League, Atlético qualified via the ranking pathway, due to their consistent performances in the UEFA Champions League between 2020 and 2024. It’s going to be an exciting tournament to watch, there’s no doubt about it.
