Judge asks not to keep Chavez Jr incommunicado
Julio Cesar Chavez filed an injunction with the authorities in Hermosillo, Sonora, to avoid being held incommunicado while in prison. The request was approved by the Eleventh District Judge of the State of Sonora, Ana Maria Nava Ortega, so it was ordered not to have the Mexican boxer without communication.
This was achieved because the legal defense of Julio Cesar Chavez Jr argued the “illegal deprivation of liberty and incommunication”, so they requested the authorities to take immediate action in favor of their client.
