Amanda Anisimova may have suffered a disappointing exit at the BNP Paribas Open, but the American tennis star is still generating plenty of buzz off the court. The 24-year-old recently shared a series of striking swimsuit photos from her collaboration with LALO Tequila, drawing enthusiastic reactions from fans and fellow players across social media.
Anisimova wore a black swimsuit that tied up around her neck. The 24-year-old also displayed a gold necklace as she showed off her curves in front of a sunset background on a beach.
The photos quickly circulated online, with many followers praising the WTA Tour standout for the stylish West Coast shoot.
Fellow professional Priscilla Hon was among those impressed, writing simply: “These are fire.”
Fans echoed the sentiment in the comments section:”She’s so perfect,” one admirer wrote.
“Wow Amanda,” another fan added, while a third said: “We love Anisimova.”
The off-court attention comes during an eventful stretch in Anisimova‘s season as she seeks to grow her profile in the game.
Anisimova’s gradual rise to the top
After a breakthrough campaign last year that firmly established her among the elite players on the WTA Tour, she entered 2026 with high expectations.
During the 2025 season, Anisimova cemented her place in the top tier of women’s tennis.
She reached the finals at both Wimbledon and the US Open, while also capturing two prestigious WTA 1000 titles in Qatar and China.
Those performances helped propel her into the top 10 of the world rankings and raised anticipation for another strong campaign this year.
So far, the results in 2026 have been encouraging, though she is still chasing a defining moment.
She advanced to the quarterfinals of the Australian Open and later reached the semifinals of the Dubai Tennis Championships, showing flashes of the dominant form that made her one of the most dangerous players on tour.
At Indian Wells, Anisimova delivered one of the most impressive performances of the tournament when she dismantled former US Open champion Emma Raducanu.
The American dominated the match from start to finish, producing a 6-1, 6-1 victory in just 52 minutes. Her power baseline game proved overwhelming, as she controlled Raducanu‘s movement, dictated rallies with aggressive returns and timed her shots perfectly on the slower, high-bouncing courts.
The victory marked only the second time in her career that she had reached the Round of 16 at the prestigious event, and the first since 2018.
A shock exit at Indian Wells
However, her momentum was halted in the next round. Rising Canadian star Victoria Mboko delivered a convincing performance, defeating Anisimova 4-6, 1-6 to end her run at the BNP Paribas Open.
The result was somewhat surprising given Anisimova‘s dominant showing against Raducanu just days earlier.
Still, early exits are part of a long season, and the American will quickly turn her focus toward the next major event on the calendar.
With the Miami Open approaching later this month at Hard Rock Stadium, Anisimova will have another opportunity to rediscover the form that made her one of the most dangerous players on the WTA Tour last season.
If she can recapture that level, the world No. 6 could once again find herself deep in the draw, and firmly in the spotlight both on and off the court.
