This was due to a video made with artificial intelligence (AI) that Jake Paul posted in his usual style on his social networks, which went viral.

The famous Boosie BadAzz posted on his official account of the social network X (formerly Twitter) @BOOSIEOFFICIALReal, the following: “SUE THEM TANK AND DONT RELAX EVERY AI COMPANY AND EVERY SITE THAT POST IT THIS IS REALLY SICK THIS MAN HAS KIDS #sueemall”.
Gervonta Davis could go the legal route
Under the TAKE IT DOWN Act, it is a crime to knowingly post non-consensual intimate depictions, including AI-generated deepfakes, if the intent is to cause harm. It also allows victims to sue for damages. While the law generally covers explicit content, courts could expand its definition to include implicit intimacy, such as kissing
Meanwhile, the DEFIANCE Act (2024), which allows civil lawsuits for non-consensual sexually explicit deepfakes, could also apply if Gervonta Davis goes the legal route and proves damage to his reputation and lack of consent.
