Erin Andrews is one of Fox’s most prominent talents. Her work on the sidelines consistently provides precise information about what is happening with the teams she is covering, making her presence a key component of the network’s NFL broadcasts.

During the wild card game she covered this past weekend between the San Francisco 49ers and the Philadelphia Eagles, the 47-year-old reporter stole the spotlight with an outfit that caught the attention of fans and viewers alike, drawing looks from all directions inside the stadium and across social media platforms.

The outfit that captured the nation’s attention was worn by Erin Andrews

In the opening round game of the 2025 postseason, Andrews went all out with her coat choice, a bold fashion statement that caused the internet to erupt with countless comments and reactions from viewers watching the broadcast.

Fans did not miss the opportunity to leave their impressions regarding the distinctive coat worn by the talented and attractive Fox reporter. Her sense of style was on full display throughout the three hours the game lasted, becoming an unexpected talking point that extended well beyond the action on the field.

The reporter did not remain silent. She is fully aware of what happened with the outfit she wore for the game between the 49ers and the Eagles this past weekend, specifically on Sunday, January 11, 2026.

On the podcast she hosts alongside her former Fox colleague Charissa Thompson, she addressed the topic head-on and spoke about it openly, without hesitation or evasiveness.

I knew it was freaking fun and fashionable and outside the box for me.”…”And I’m actually proud of myself because I’m super safe. I’m very much within the box. And I was like, this is fun. Like, [expletive] it.

Andrews said on Thursday’s episode of their Calm Down With Erin and Charissa podcast, before continuing.

It’s crazy.”… “Guys can wear, guys can walk into these stadiums wearing whatever the hell they want. … Even our guys on television can wear whatever they want. But God forbid.

Erin Andrews

For many fans, her fashion choice was not well-received. Some even compared her look to the villain from the Disney classic 101 Dalmatians, Cruella de Vil. However, Andrews did not take the comparison as an insult. Instead, she embraced it and viewed it positively.

I just wanted a European cigarette and walk around and be like, ‘Puppies. Where are the puppies?

Erin Andrews

The reporter said when referencing the comparison.

Erin Andrews will be back on the sidelines once again, this time for the Seattle Seahawks game alongside her Fox colleagues. It remains to be seen whether she will choose another outfit as striking as the one she wore during the wild card round, or if she will surprise viewers yet again.
