Edgar Berlanga shows off his moves to scare Canelo Alvarez and the rivals on his list

After Edgar Berlanga resolved his future with the best purse of his career in last September’s defeat to Saul Alvarez, in which he lost his unbeaten record, the New York boxer is ready to get back in the ring on March 8 against Gabe Rosado (26-17-1, 15 KOs) in Puerto Rico.

While waiting for the fight, Berlanga (23-1-0, 17 KO) boasted on his X account of his list of punches that he intends to use against his next opponents, including Rosado, who intends to make him pay the consequences of his defeat against Canelo.

In another clip posted on his social networks, Berlanga used as an example a video in which he put the name of a person who hits another and simulated that he was the knockout artist who gave a good blow to the other, in which he made clear his rivalry towards Oscar de la Hoya.

For Berlanga, there are still many pending tasks on his horizon, although at some point he mentioned Artur Beterbiev, the reality is that he is not among his priorities, as are Diego Pacheco, Jaime Munguia and even a rematch against Canelo Alvarez.

“After my fight on March 8, these are the next six fights I want in no particular order,” Berlanga posted on his X account, where he tagged the X account of promoter Turki Alalshikh and these are the opponents he wants to face:

  • Jaime Munguia
  • Jermall Charlo
  • Caleb Plant
  • Hamzah Sheeraz
  • Rematch with Canelo
  • Diego Pacheco

In his objectives on the way, although he said they were not in order, one of his priorities could be to measure himself against Jaime Munguia to seek that he can be taken into account by Canelo for a rematch, although of his entire list, it seems to be the most complicated desire, so another $10 million could come with different rivals or if he manages to be world champion.
