Draymond Green loses cool in wild prank show moment

It didn’t take long for Draymond Green‘s trademark intensity to take center stage, even in a scripted setting.

The Golden State Warriors forward found himself at the heart of a chaotic moment while filming a segment for TBS’ new prank series, Foul Play With Anthony Davis.

What started as a seemingly routine business meeting quickly spiraled into a tense confrontation that showcased exactly why Green remains one of the NBA’s most polarizing personalities.

The premise of the show is simple: unsuspecting NBA stars are placed in awkward, high-stakes scenarios orchestrated by actors, with Anthony Davis and other league figures watching behind the scenes.

In this case, Green was lured into a fake investment pitch involving mall psychics, set up by his real-life agent, Rich Paul.

From the start, Green wasn’t buying it.

“I was never gonna send you all $100million,” Draymond Green said, arms crossed. “$100million cash? Absolutely not. Who is just sitting on a $100million cash?”

When the actors insisted that wealthy investors routinely handle such sums, Green didn’t hold back: “Well you should find them.”

What followed was a rapid escalation. As one performer raised his voice, Green immediately pushed back.

“Number one, y’all should stop yelling,” he said. “I’m a grown-ass man.”

Tempers flare before the big reveal

The situation intensified as the actors continued to provoke him, blurring the line between entertainment and confrontation.

Known for his emotional edge and physical style of play, Draymond Green reacted in a way that felt all too familiar to NBA fans.

“I’m going to leave here,” a visibly frustrated Green said. “Because I will f*** you up. For sure.”

At one point, he even threatened to punch one of the actors “in the f***ing nose,” while another performer referenced his controversial on-court reputation by joking, “You can’t punch us all in the d.”

The tension was real enough that it appeared the situation might spiral out of control. But just before anything escalated further, Anthony Davis and LeBron James entered the scene, laughing as they revealed the prank.

“Hey,” Anthony Davis said as he approached, “you just got played.”

The reveal immediately defused the situation, with Green shifting from anger to relief as the reality of the setup became clear. Embracing the moment, he leaned into the joke.

“I am Draymond Green and I just got played,” he admitted to the camera.

The clip quickly gained traction online, with fans reacting to both the humor and the authenticity of Green’s response. While some found the moment hilarious, others pointed out how closely it mirrored his on-court persona: intense, emotional, and always on edge.

Over his 14-year NBA career, Draymond Green has built a reputation as both a defensive anchor and a lightning rod for controversy.

A four-time champion with the Golden State Warriors, he has also been involved in multiple suspensions and high-profile incidents, often defending his actions as part of his competitive nature.

This prank, while staged, reinforced that same identity.

For the NBA, moments like this highlight the personalities that drive the league’s popularity beyond the hardwood.

And for Draymond Green, it was another reminder that whether it’s Game 7 or a hidden camera setup, his intensity never really turns off.
