Imagine for a moment being able to see Tua Tagovailoa up close, take a selfie with him and receive an autograph from his hands. What do you think? A unique experience. Well, now you can live it because the Dolphins make it possible.

The experience of being at the preseason training camp of one of the most beloved teams in the NFL is a reality. Now that the Dolphins have announced the schedule of practices open to the public.

Not all practices will be open to everyone, but quite a few will. There will be an opportunity to interact with the players, see the tactical schemes and take home a souvenir. This is not just going to practice, it’s an experience

Where and when do the Dolphins train?

If you want to go to the open sessions, you should go to the Baptist Health Training Complex in Miami Gardens. This is the fifth consecutive season that the Dolphins have held their preseason there

The first open training session will be on July 26, in what has been dubbed “Back Together Weekend”. The training center opened its doors in 2021 and is one of the most modern complexes in the NFL.Complete schedule of open practices

  • Saturday, July 26 – 9:00 a.m.
  • Monday, July 28 – 9:00 a.m.
  • Tuesday, July 29 – 9:00 a.m.
  • Wednesday, July 30 – 9:00 a.m.
  • Friday, August 1 – 9:00 a.m.
  • Saturday, August 2 – 9:00 a.m. (Subscribers only)
  • Sunday, August 3 – 9:00 a.m.
  • Wednesday, August 6 – 9:00 a.m.
  • Tuesday, August 19 – Time to be determined
  • Wednesday, August 20 – Time to be determined
  • Thursday, August 21 – Joint practice with the Jaguars (time TBD)

Practices are subject to schedule changes. It is recommended to follow the site miamidolphins.com/trainingcamp or the official account @MiamiDolphins for real-time updates.

How to attend the camp?

You don’t have to pay anything to attend the training. The team has made it very clear: it is completely free. Both admission to the complex and parking. However, not everything is so easy. You must go to the official training portal to have the information and what you need to enter.

You just have to fill out a short form to secure your place. Capacity is limited, so if you plan to go, don’t leave it until the last minute.

Few franchises offer such close access to their players as Miami does at this time of year. If you are in Florida, are a fan of the team or just want to see Tua, Tyreek and company train live, this is the time.

Free tickets, direct access practices and even a scrimmage day with the Jaguars. 2025 has already kicked off for the Dolphins, and you can be there from day one.
